Sentum

Psychologist Jess Donckers has become a familiar voice in Belgium's conversation around mental health. Through her practice, books, public speaking and regular media appearances, she has helped make psychological wellbeing more accessible and open to a wider audience.

Driven by the belief that mental health deserves the same attention as physical health, Jess founded Sentum, a multidisciplinary psychology practice where psychologists, therapists and coaches work together to provide warm, personal and evidence-based care tailored to every individual.

Following the success of its flagship practice in Ekeren, Jess expanded Sentum with a second location at WAVE's Jordaenskaai in Antwerp. The new space reflects the same vision: creating an environment where people feel welcome, supported and empowered to grow, while making high-quality mental healthcare accessible to even more people.
